DELIVERY :

Customers are required to open, unpack, count and check the condition of items received at the time of delivery and in front of the carrier. 

To claim a refund or replacement of damaged product(s), it is imperative to make precise and clear reservations at the time of delivery.

Shipments can be made via the carriers below:

  • Delivery via Colissimo or GLS in 4 to 8 working days.
  • DHL delivery 2 to 3 working days.
  • Free shipping on orders over €100 in France.

    RETURNS/REFUNDS :

Signature constitutes acceptance of ownership of the parcel, at which point the carrier and sender are no longer responsible for the condition of the contents. In accordance with transport legislation, CHABI CHIC will not be able to respond favorably to your request for compensation or replacement if no reservations are made at the time of delivery.
    • Point relais delivery: For claims, customers have 3 days after picking up their parcel to go to the point relais colis to report the breakage inside the parcel. This is the only way to validate a dispute with mondial relay or point relais colissimo.
