
Delivery
Shipments can be made via different carriers:
- Colissimo home delivery: 3 to 6 working days ( France, Europe and Worldwide )
- Mondial relay point relais: 4 to 8 working days ( France, Belgium and Spain only ) France and Europe: Shipment is made directly from our warehouse in France.
We offer free shipping on orders over €100 to metropolitan France via Colissimo home delivery. Certain regions/countries in Europe are not included in our free shipping (e.g. Switzerland, UK).
- DHL home delivery: delivery time varies according to destination country (DHL is valid outside France and Central Europe)
Delivery times and costs are announced and detailed during checkout.
For Morocco: ordering and delivery are available via the Moroccan site on www.chabi-chic.ma only.
Worth knowing... You can choose to receive your parcel at a retail outlet or post office when you pay for your order.
Customers are notified by SMS or email when their parcel arrives at the outlet in question. The customer then has 7 days, depending on the operator, to collect the parcel. After this period, the parcel is automatically returned to the Chabi Chic logistics warehouse. In the case of packages not collected in time and automatically returned by the carriers, due to numerous abuses, no further reimbursement will be made.
Instead, a VOUCHER (excluding transport costs) will be offered, valid for 6 months on the site.
Chabi Chic reminds you that in the event of a change of relay point decided by the carrier (various causes: relay unavailable, overloaded, closed for vacations), it cannot be held responsible for these cases.

Orders and pre-orders
Special orders for items not available on our e-shop:
We offer you the possibility of ordering them, if you have seen them in our Marrakech boutiques during a visit for example. To do so, please contact our customer service department by e-mail at sav@chabi-chic.com, giving your full contact details (name/delivery address/quantities required) and adding the products you require. We'll then send you a quotation and a link for payment by credit card, including delivery costs.

Returns and refunds
If you are not satisfied with a product, you can return it within 14 days of receipt, at your expense, to our warehouse at the following address: Vanady, 17 zac eco seine Courcelles sur seine 27940
Upon receipt and verification of the good condition of the returned item(s), we will issue a refund within 7 days via the payment method used.
Only new products will be accepted for return, in their original packaging and undamaged.
You have 48 hours following the collection or delivery of your parcel to inform us of any problem concerning it.
Chabi Chic reminds you that it is the customer's responsibility to inspect the parcel on receipt and to notify the carrier of any anomaly observed (shock, damaged parcel, etc.), and to send us an e-mail with supporting photos. In accordance with transport legislation, CHABI CHIC will not be able to respond favorably to your request for compensation or replacement if no reservations are made at the time of delivery.
